Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pinamily, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Pinamily for or with other people, you are responsible for having the authority to add or share the information you provide.

About Pinamily

Pinamily is a mobile family organizer for shared calendars, lists, chores, recipes, meal plans, birthdays, and related Household coordination. Some features require an internet connection and a supported Apple or Android device. The public website is informational and does not provide an account area or web version of the app.

Your Account

You must provide accurate account information, verify your email, protect your credentials and device, and keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Accounts are individual. Do not share a password or impersonate another person. Pinamily may require fresh authentication for sensitive actions such as export, account deletion, or ownership changes.

Family and Household Use

A Household is a shared space. Members can access shared Household content according to their role and the product rules. Invite only people you intend to include, and understand that information added to shared features can be seen or changed by authorized Household members.

The Owner has additional responsibility for membership and ownership. If an Owner wants to delete their account while other members remain, ownership must first be transferred to an existing Member of that Household. A sole Owner and sole member can choose to delete both the account and Household.

Acceptable Use

You may use Pinamily only lawfully and in a way that respects other people and the service. You must not:

• Access another person's account or Household without permission, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Use Pinamily to threaten, harass, exploit, defraud, or violate another person's privacy or rights.
• Upload or share content you do not have the right to use or disclose.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, billing, or normal operation of the service.
• Use automated access, reverse engineering, or extraction in violation of applicable law or without authorization, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.

Free and Gold

Pinamily offers a Free plan and a paid Gold plan. Available features and limits are determined by the entitlement associated with the Household. A Max profile exists only as a structural product concept and is not available for purchase.

Features, limits, and plan availability may evolve. Any material purchase terms shown before checkout are provided through the applicable Store and the app.

Subscriptions

Gold may be offered as monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Actual availability, price, currency, taxes, trial or promotional terms, and billing date are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Pinamily does not publish or promise a price in these Terms.

Billing and App Stores

Gold purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not through this website. The Store processes payment and its account, billing, and payment rules also apply. Pinamily receives and verifies the Store evidence needed to determine access; it does not receive full payment-card details.

Questions about Store charges, payment methods, or a transaction handled by a Store may need to be addressed through that Store. Any refund request is governed by the applicable Store rules and applicable law; these Terms do not create a separate refund promise.

Automatic Renewal

If the Store presents a Gold subscription as auto-renewing, it renews according to the period and terms shown by the Store unless you cancel through the Store before its applicable renewal deadline. The Store controls billing timing and renewal processing.

Cancellation and Restore

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play account controls. Deleting the app or a Pinamily account does not itself cancel a Store subscription. Use the Store controls separately.

The app provides purchase and restore flows. Gold access continues, changes, or ends according to the subscription state verified from the Store. Cancellation generally prevents a later renewal; access may continue through the verified paid period as determined by the Store entitlement lifecycle.

Ads in Free

The Free plan may show Google AdMob non-personalized banner ads on Home and the Lists hub. Gold does not show ads. Ad availability depends on market, consent or privacy state, entitlement, provider configuration, and other eligibility checks. Pinamily may withhold ads when those checks are not satisfied.

Your Content and Family Data

You are responsible for the Household content you add and for having the right to share it with other members. You retain any rights you already hold in that content. You authorize Pinamily to host, process, synchronize, display, and otherwise use it only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Shared Household content belongs to the Household context rather than to one member's personal export. Leaving a Household or deleting a Member account does not automatically erase content shared with the remaining Household. A sole Owner's explicit account-and-Household deletion removes the shared Household content through the deletion lifecycle.

Availability and Changes

Pinamily may maintain, update, add, limit, or retire features to keep the service secure, reliable, supportable, or aligned with the product. Availability can be affected by networks, devices, operating systems, Stores, providers, maintenance, and events outside Pinamily's reasonable control.

Where practical, material changes that significantly affect paid functionality will be communicated through the app, the Store listing, or another appropriate channel.

Third-Party Services

Pinamily depends on services supplied by Apple, Google, Mailgun, and Cloudflare for functions described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of a device, operating system, Store, or another provider can also be governed by that provider's terms and controls. Pinamily is not responsible for a third party's independent services or policies.

External device calendars are a read-only local integration. Pinamily does not provide Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar cloud synchronization in the current product.

Suspension or Termination

Pinamily may restrict or disable access when reasonably needed to investigate misuse, protect accounts or the service, comply with applicable requirements, address nonpayment or invalid entitlement, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, the service may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support.

You may stop using Pinamily at any time. Store subscription cancellation and Pinamily account deletion are separate actions.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion from More > Privacy and data. The request requires fresh authentication, confirmation, and server-side processing. Members, Owners with other members, and sole Owners follow different Household rules. Full instructions are on the Delete Account page.

Deletion cannot be canceled after processing begins. Some sanitized security, operational, or audit records may remain where needed for service integrity or applicable requirements, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Pinamily Intellectual Property

Pinamily, its app and website, branding, visual design, software, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms permit personal use of the service; they do not transfer ownership of Pinamily technology or branding. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to adopt it.

Disclaimers

Pinamily is a coordination tool, not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, childcare, or safety-monitoring service. Do not rely on it for time-critical alerts or as the only record of essential information. Local reminders can be affected by device permissions, operating-system behavior, time-zone changes, battery settings, sign-out, or removal of app data.

The service is provided subject to the warranties and consumer protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. No statement on this page limits a non-waivable statutory right.

Limitation Framework

Responsibility for loss or damage arising from Pinamily will be determined under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is unlawful.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms do not select a governing jurisdiction or require arbitration. Rights, remedies, and available forums that apply mandatorily where you live remain unaffected. For a service issue, you may first contact Help and support where appropriate.

Changes to These Terms

Pinamily may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. When appropriate, notice of a material change may also appear in the app. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated Terms apply, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
